HOW DO I FIND A PROPERTY?
- Register with us to receive the best properties as they become available
- View properties with us - a member of staff will chauffeur you if appropriate
- Apply online authorising us to carry out references and credit checks
- Pay an administration fee to cover this process and the tenancy documentation
- The process usually takes 7 days
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I MOVE IN?
- Pay the first cheque and rent deposit as agreed.
- Subscribe to insurance to cover accidental damage to landlord's property (optional)
- Check the inventory and schedule of condition and return it within 7 days
- Collect the keys (by midday if the move in takes place on a Friday).
WHAT SHOULD I DO DURING THE TENANCY?
- Transfer the utilities to your name
- Phone us with maintenance requests as they occur
- Allow us to visit the property to inspect it during your stay.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I WANT TO LEAVE?
- Give us 1 months notice that you wish to leave, which must be on a rent day
- Allow us to visit the property to inspect it before returning your deposit
- Return the keys.
