James & Co have been established in the UK since 1964, a family run business specialising in property rental and management services and recently expanding into business management and consultation. We pride ourselves on our high level of bespoke services we offer our clients. We listen to your concerns and respond with an assured confidence. We never forget that you have a choice and we work hard to keep your property with us.
We were proud to open our offices in Dubai in 2008 offering our services to the local market, with a small team of advisers we are able to offer a personal service offering rental properties throughout Dubai along with property management services.
We have recently launched Asset Management a new and exclusive service to clients that have bought in the UAE over the last two years and are looking for reassurance in the local market with “piece of mind” advice to what they have bought and the opportunities available to them in the local market.
At James & Co we are proud of our clients who have now become our friends, we have given advice and service to our clients for over 40 years and having witnessed the highs and lows of the property market, we will continue to provide our services for the next 40 years.
